This is a Pre War One Piece Flange Style 11 conversion Banjo with a Robin Smith neck. This has been inspected and set up at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta.

Description
This style 11 happens to have wood with stain on the sides of the resonator which is somewhat rare. This has an all original pot and is a super clean example of a style 11 conversion banjo with a Robin Smith neck.
This has the original 3 ply hard rock maple shell and a style 11 resonator with wood sides. The hardware is all original and in fantastic shape. This includes an original one piece flange with very little pull on the sides.
The neck was built by Robin Smith with no headstock logo. He used pearloid as the fretboard material which was a really good idea. This banjo looks incredible! This has the original Pre War Tone Hoop so this delivers real Pre War Tone. This also includes a hardshell case.
Condition
This banjo is in stellar condition. The hardware looks fantastic. The flange has some light tarnish, as does the tension hoop. Overall the metal is in great shape especially for Pre War metal. The neck is basically new so that is really clean. The frets are basically perfect and there are spikes at frets 7-9. The banjo is definitely in good shape and the case is in good shape as well.
Set Up
This has been set up at the Banjo Warehouse. The head is a Huber Frosted Head and is set to 90. The intonation has been set. This has new strings and the banjo is also a superb player. This definitely has the tone and is a thrill to play.
