This is a 1943 Epiphone Broadway Sunburst Archtop Acoustic Guitar!
It weighs 5 lbs 7 oz. 25.5″ scale, 1.74″ nut width.
The Broadway has been in the Epiphone line since the 30s and has always been a favorite of Jazz players.
Featuring a maple archtop body, this guitar embodies the quintessential warm jazz sounds with the maple providing excellent note definition.
The mahogany neck creates awesome tone transfer.
Classic look bathed in a beautiful sunburst finish.
Some nice grains come through!
Everything is original except for the tuners, which were replaced at some point by Grover Imperials.
Multi-ply binding, block inlays, Frequensator tailpiece.
This Broadway is in great overall condition, especially considering its age.
Just setup- the neck is straight, and the frets are clean. it even includes its original case!
