Vintage original 1955 Fender Telecaster. Guitar is original but the finish has been stripped.
Plays and sounds incredible. Neck date is pencil dated 10-55. Neck shape is the perfect size, fat but not too fat and plays remarkably well. A light and resonant example. Neck is straight and plays great all the way up and down. There is honest play wear to the neck as pictured.
The finish has been stripped. Underneath there is evidence of the guitar being red, possibly original. No routes or issues.
Original pickups have that classic vintage 1950s tele tone. Neck is nice and warm and fat, bridge pickup is bright and twangy. Bridge pickup is the original flat pole.
Original single line Kluson tuners keep the guitar well in tune. They have been on the guitar all these years and never changed.
Comes with original Tweed Fender hardshell case as pictured.
Also comes with ashtray bridge cover in case.
