The original finish was Desert Sand and the guitar has been redone in a finish that is the exact same color and hard to really tell it’s refinished. The back is a little more obvious, but still the correct color. Neck is nice and straight and plays great all the way up and down. The logo is replaced, and there is some water stains on the headstock as pictured. Still, the neck plays great with a good low action and no buzz or issues. Original rosewood fingerboard is particularly nice. Neck date is 6-60. Original pickup is nice and fat and warm with a classic vintage tone. Nice and strong pickup. Get a Desert Sand Musicmaster for a good price. Comes with original two tone hard case too.
