Based on the low production numbers, the Marshall JTM-45 Offset is considered the Holy Grail of vintage amplifiers as it is one of the first prototype / pre-production amplifiers produced By Jim Marshall in 1962. Rarity – This is one of around 10-12 Original Offset Chasis amplifiers that are in existence and it is was one of a select number of amplifiers produced that helped create the Marshall amplification Company.

Sound / Tone – Based on High Grade Component quality / values as well as circuit design it has somewhat similar tonal characteristics to that of a Fender Tweed amplifier although with considerably stronger gain and drive, synonymous with that Classic Marshall Tone : ))
