Vintage original 1963 Guild S-50 Jet Star.
This is Guild’s single pickup masterpiece. Super light and resonant and plays like a dream. Original single pickup is warm and punchy and sounds like an old Gibson P-90 but a little rougher around the edges.
Light and resonant. Cherry red finish is particularly vibrant.
No cracks, no breaks, this is a particularly nice example in excellent condition.
This is the early version with the 3 on a side headstock and fat neck.
Comes with a good hard case, too.
