Here’s a very cool & rare 1968 Jazz Bass having the grooviest Maple Cap Neck option which is impossible to find. The alder body was reshot in a wonderful Seafoam Green finish. Its maple cap is hard to detect as its completely black bound w/block inlays. Seen only where the fingerboard starts just above the nut can you detect the seam. Neck has a weird period ink stamp on its flat spot. Its 2 original pickups sound terrific. Her pot codes date her to the 18th week of 1966. She’s got a white pearloid pickgard to finish her off deliciously. Overall she’s excellent & will make a perfect gig show off a Jazz Bass. Comes in a nice Tweed hard case.
