This vintage circa 1970 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop with two vintage P-90 pickups!
Features two vintage 1960s P-90s that were put in the guitar, or possibly may be original to the guitar. The pots are changed and there is a tap switch which functions as a kill switch for the neck pickup. Makes for a very versatile guitar with lots of different tones, all of which sound amazing….warm and organic. These P-90s sound INCREDIBLE. The pots are Gibson from the 1980s.
Neck is nice and fat and plays great. It’s got lots of checking to the finish as pictured. There is also lots of checking to the goldtop finish, as well as some finish cracks in the top….no wood cracks, it’s all in the goldtop finish. Common on these from this era.
Finish is stunning. Looks great with the P-90s and original boo boo rings.
Signed by Warren Haynes on the pickup cavity cover.
Comes with vintage original Gibson hardshell case.
