At almost 11 lbs, the ingredients for the famous Gibson sustain and thick mid range crunch are right here.
Grabbing up all this natural tone are a pair of Gibson Series VII “tar back” pickups.
These pickups are powerful! The coil tap allows for a ton of single coil tones, making this 25/50 one of Gibson’s most versatile guitars.
Everything appears to be all original, with every pot dating to ’78 as well.
Just setup – the neck is straight and the frets are clean.
There is tons of vintage mojo here, this guitar was well loved and has many stories to tell, and tons of room for more.
All the normal play wear- marks/scratches, dings/dents, finish wear, hardware scratches, a discolored pickup cover, and parts where the binding has separated from the top/body.
Please carefully look through all of my detailed photos for a better visual description.
It includes the hard case in the second picture.
