I”m offering for sale a 1968 Martin D-28. Back and sides are dramatic Brazilian Rosewood with a natural Spruce top. Before I acquired this instrument, in 1988, it had several back cracks repaired by Don Teeter in Oklahoma. His work was impeccable, as there have been no issues in the 35 years I have owned it. There have been no cracks in the top, ever. The tone of this instrument is pure C.F. Martin, with a full, round bass resonance with beautiful response all throughout the tonal range.
