This very guitar, the first Beck Strat we’ve had this year made me go back and listen to “Truth” and there couldn’t be a more apt name for an album. Beck’s squalling, Bluesy lines in my left speaker and a young Rod Stewart wailing in my right one. I’m good with all that and being only 5 years old in 1968, I absolutely missed this record the first time it went around. Well, one thing you can say about the truth is, it lasts a lifetime…
“We would never call any guitar “mint,” but this one is pretty dang close. It’s in super clean condition and shows no signs of being played. The Surf Green color is brilliant and the freshly-oiled Rosewood fretboard is nice and dark. The guitar weighs in at 8 lbs, 4 oz and the package includes the original hardshell case, cord, COA, and case candy. It would make the perfect Christmas/New Year gift for the Beck fan in your house.
