About This Vintage Ad

Vintage original circa 1979 Gretsch Chet Atkins Super Axe. This was a unique solidbody made by Gretsch in the 1970s that features built in effects. Has a phaser as well as a compressor built in to the electronics. They are fully functional and sound and work great.

Neck has a nice ’60s profile feel and it’s real easy to get around on. No buzz or issues, nice and straight.
This was the choice of many guitarists in the 1970s and 1980s including Rick Springfield!
Comes with original hardshell case.
