You got it! A double bound 1967 Ricky 365 OS with this original early rare case. Here’s the story, of course. A had a horse ranch in Hemet, Ca. years ago. I met this lady from Colorado that bred race horses. All I remember being so long ago, she said that she had a Rickenbacker guitar. Well, after time I finally got it. Sight unseen. When I received it was Fire-Glo. A ’59 Gibson humbucker in the neck position. A Gretsch pickup in the bridge position. A metal small plate screwed on the back behind the bass side cats eye. And a hairline separation on the back. So, after years of sitting in the case, I decided to put her back together. And being double bound I had to save her. Let’s start at the top. All part are reissue. Kluson tuners. Ricky toaster pickups that are getting very hard to find. Strap buttons. Double pickguard. Control knobs and three way toggle tip. A non existing stereo wiring harness that I found a brilliant harness guy that designed with the toggle and stereo jack. And a very expensive hard to find 365 tremolo with bar. Ah! The frets and serial number jack plate are original. The bride pickup is the most jangly one. The blend is killer and the bridge pick it fab! It took some time and patience, but with this rare sought after Ricky, it was worth it. If you need any further info feel free to contact us. We usually get back the same day. Thanks, BH.
