Vintage circa 1980 – 1981 Tokay Silver Star Stratocaster in original Sunburst finish.

A killer Stratocaster copy made in the early 1980s. Stevie Ray Vaughn is famous to have used these in his early days. The headstock is an exact copy of Fender’s famous Stratocaster and Tokai was served a lawsuit shortly after the introduction of this model. Features include big CBS headstock, beautiful 3-color sunburst and the quintessential 70’s-era black pickguard and bullet truss rod with the maple fingerboard. The body is very nicely contoured (way deeper and cleaner than a comparable 70’s USA Strat). A killer Stratocaster for a nice price. Comes with a gig bag.
