Handcrafted Ramirez guitars are extremely well regarded by players, especially during this time period.
String, Segovia, Chet Atkins, Sabicas and many more all performed with Ramirez guitars.
World famous, in the 60s/70s history was written in the Ramirez shop, and the modern classical guitar was developed to what you see today.
The rosewood body and cedar top creates one of the biggest, balanced classical tones I’ve ever heard.
This 1a has the fullness, robustness, and depth that Ramirez’s are known for.
The tone is thick and clear, balanced with the warmth and bottom end.
It’s big and warm while retaining amazing note articulation.
You get balanced layers of overtones, on top of crystal clear articulation.
Alluring tone aside, this is a beautiful looking guitar.
The finish shows off the gorgeous rosewood grains, ebony board, rosette – a true work of art.
It’s in great condition, especially considering its age. Typical play wear from nearly 50 years of normal use. Some dings/scratches/marks – absolutely nothing that effects its incredible performance.
